The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties, and shall be governed by the laws of the United States. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
4. Injunctions: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Site.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
